Sr. Consolidation Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Prepare annual consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS
• Manage monthly consolidated closings, including adjustments and analytical reviews from Group entities
• Prepare statutory financial statements for selected subsidiaries and perform conversions from local GAAP to IFRS
• Develop, and maintain Group IFRS accounting guidelines; analyse new IFRS standards and assess their impact
• Support group‑wide initiatives such as M&A transactions and contribute to Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) processes
• Advise and collaborate with subsidiaries on accounting matters and cooperate with external auditors during audits
• Contribute to digitalisation and process improvement projects within Group Finance

Our requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Group Accounting or auditing, ideally gained within a Big4 environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation processes, and financial reporting requirements
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical mindset, and focus on delivering results
• Well‑organised team player with excellent communication skills and a high level of ownership
• ACCA or PIBR qualification is an advantage
• Experience working with SAP and/or consolidation tools (HFM preferred) preferred
• Continuous learning mindset and ability to collaborate effectively in an international setting
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
