Obowiązki

• Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information ,
• Developing and designing robust manufacturing concepts to simplify and improve manufacturing processes ,
• Analyzing and evaluating existing systems and processes, identifying value-added and non-value-added activities ,
• Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs ,
• Preparing work instructions, process descriptions, and operator guides ,
• Identifying opportunities to prevent waste and inefficiency in production ,
• Conducting technical documentation analysis in terms of technical feasibility (DFM) ,
• Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals ,
• Participating in or leading NPIs (New Product Introductions) ,
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations"

Wymagania

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering ,
• Minimum 2-5 years of Industrial Engineering experience ,
• Ability to work independently or in a cross-functional environment ,
• Very good English verbal and written communication skills ,
• Ability to multitask ,
• Strong AutoCAD capabilities (Solid Edge, AutoCAD) ,
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills ,
• Knowledge of manufacturing process optimization ,
• Familiarity with technical documentation and feasibility analysis (DFM) ,
• Experience in preparing work instructions and training materials
