Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Lead NPI & PDI project kick-offs in Click-Up and ensure dashboards and project management files are updated in real time.
  • Coordinate master project list updates between project owners and department stakeholders.
  • Drive cost improvement and material qualification projects, including short- and long-term trials.
  • Design trial matrices and ensure proper execution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Review trial reports, material specifications, and quality requirements for internal and external supplier feedback.
  • Trigger purchase requisitions/POs for new materials and coordinate first-time ordering with suppliers.
  • Validate pricing and material specifications with proper justification for supplier selection.
  • Work closely with sourcing to identify and onboard cost-effective and quality-driven suppliers.
  • Monitor delivery schedules to ensure commercial material replacement is completed on time and in full.
  • Address product complaints and manage corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure accurate BOM maintenance and master data implementation into NAV/SAP systems.
  • Publish key purchasing performance reports including Spend, Active PO Tracking, and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
  • Uphold corporate governance and compliance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and challenge existing practices to achieve better operational and financial outcomes.
  • Support any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Nasze wymagania

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in process management, supply chain, manufacturing, or product development.
  • Strong understanding of NPI rollout, product lifecycle management, and supplier management.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (NAV/SAP).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Meticulous, systematic, proactive, and highly organized with strong analytical skills and sound business judgment.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the tobacco industry.
