Obowiązki

• Applying and deploying the Serial Supplier Quality Assurance policy in collaboration with Procurement
• Managing Non-Conformity Reports and ensuring timely resolution
• Overseeing Supplier performance after product validation, including First Article Inspection (FAI) + 3 deliveries
• Performing inspections for low-critical parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Managing Quality performance of assigned Suppliers and driving continuous improvement
• Leading Incoming Inspection activities when appointed as the SQ inspection leader for the given site
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on quality objectives
• Analyzing quality data to identify trends and implement preventive measures
• Supporting suppliers in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Contributing to the development and enhancement of quality processes and policies

Wymagania

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Good command of English (min. B2)
• Experience or understanding of supplier quality assurance processes, including Non-Conformity Report (NCR) management and First Article Inspection (FAI)
• Knowledge of quality tools, standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001 or equivalent)
• Familiarity with supplier performance management and continuous improvement practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail and ability to perform inspections for low-critical parts
• Proficiency in using quality management tools and systems
• Resilience and adaptability to manage multiple suppliers/projects
