Regional Business Manager


Location: Northern Eastern Europe



Job Description and Responsibilities


The Regional Business Manager is a highly motivated and experienced professional responsible for sales growth and market share development in the Northern Eastern Europe region. The role involves managing a team of direct reports and key relationships with distributors and partners, ensuring achievement and exceeding of the company’s sales and strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include driving the client’s product sales faster than market growth, leading sales and marketing activities, identifying new distribution channels, and developing and implementing strategic sales plans for the region. The Regional Business Manager is also responsible for creating and executing distribution strategies and other business strategies that support the sustainable growth of the company in the region.

Your responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain a high-performing distribution network in Northern Eastern Europe.
  • Increase sales of the client’s products faster than market growth.
  • Assess market potential and recommend pricing, promotional strategies, and new product introductions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and business plans to exceed sales targets and market share goals.
  • Focus on achieving measurable results that contribute to significant business growth and market share.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and tactical actions.
  • Act as the main contact for all sales-related matters in the region.

Minimum Requirements and Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of product sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • University degree (Bachelor/Engineer or equivalent).
  • Documented experience managing sales and distribution channels across different regions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, both individually and through leading a team.
  • Strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and strong desire for growth within the organization.
  • Experience working in an international organization.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region and Europe (50% or more).
  • B2B sales experience in landscaping, industrial, or related sectors is a strong advantage. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to build client relationships, develop strong contacts, and have documented achievements in sales growth and business results.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA
  • Engineering degree in mechanics or agriculture
