Your responsibilities

• Manage environmental and sustainability compliance and ensure objective reporting of environmental and sustainability risks, compliance, sustainability impacts overall execution, mission, and efficacy of the sustainability program
• Collaborates with appropriate department managers to facilitate performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Proposes and implements strategies to address various environmental concerns including energy use, reduction of pollution and noise, recycling, and general education on sustainability.
• Drafts and implements sustainable organizational policies that address environmental concerns.
• obtaining and maintaining the necessary permits for the different sites in Poland,
• Evaluates efficacy of sustainability programs; recommends and implements improvements as necessary.
• Drafts and prepares reports, presentations, and proposals; presents proposals and recommendations to the company board of directors,
• Develops and maintains appropriate documentation and records including budgets
• Prepares documentation required for environmental projects and initiatives
• Increase current knowledge and ensures compliance with environmental laws and Group regulations.
• Work with (local) authorities and other stakeholders such as politicians, neighbors, land owners, etc.

Our requirements

• Master’s degree, related to Environmental required.
• Professional Sustainability or Environmental certification.
• At least 5 years of working experience for international companies in required field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superlative and creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Ability to analyze and understand research and to identify relevant and valuable information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English C1/C2.
