Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate within project teams on the implementation of major changes, technical upgrades, and new releases,
  • Effort estimation, design and implementation of minor application changes requested by the customer,
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively,
  • Develop and maintain software documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information,
  • Create, maintain, and deploy support procedures within the team to enhance work quality and efficiency,
  • Development and deploy automation scripts, streamlining repetitive tasks,
  • Act as the subject matter expert in selected applications and solutions, being the team's go-to expert in these areas.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development or support roles, particularly in Marketing module,
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform architecture and its various components: entities, forms, workflows, plugins, customizations, solutions, and security models.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Marketing module,
  • Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365,
  • Experience in creating workflows to automate business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365,
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C# and JavaScript for customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365,
  • Knowledge of SQL enabling to perform data queries, create custom reporting, implement integrations and customizations,
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS,
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels,
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Dynamics 365 certifications - nice to have
