Order Processor

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing sales orders in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the intercompany sales team to ensure orders accuracy and/or resolve any discrepancies.
• Liaising with internal departments to coordinate order fulfilment and resolve customer issues.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of customer information.

Position Requirements:

• Full training will be provided, however experience of order processing in an office environment is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in operations administration, preferably in sales, warehouse, or logistics.
• Knowledge of ERP system (e.g. Dynamics 365 BC) together with (very) good Excel skills. – will be verified during the interview.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Discretion resulting from working with confidential data.
• English level B2 is a must.
