Pre - Sales Support


Your responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Administration and Transactions Coordination
  • Coordinates all pre-sales activity for small- and medium-size customers
  • Data validation
  • Keeps systems up-to-date with customer information and legal documents
  • Manages regional cases according to guidelines
  • Oversees quote approval process
  • Assists with New Customer set up
  • Handles escalations between Sales Support and other internal groups
  • Works on small projects in addition to everyday role
  • Customer Engagement
  • Follow-up with customer on required documents and outstanding information
  • Ensures Customer PO compliance
  • Assists with customer questions via email or phone
  • Assists with gathering preliminary QBR info
  • Complex Deal Support
  • Project manages single country, large, complex deals
  • Manages all changes and keeps the quote and documents up to date
  • Coordinates requirements against deadlinesData Integrity
  • Resolves credit and billing issues
  • Executes data corrections in Siebel
  • Facilitates SFDC opportunity management
  • Process and Policy Adoption and Reinforcement
  • Trains Sales reps on new tools, processes, and policies
  • Delivers refresher trainings to address knowledge gaps
  • Communicates process improvements and enhancements to Sales Team

  • Language required - English
  • Proven years of experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

The Pre-Sales support team are a key function of the sales cycle, where multi-tasking is critical to align with the sales tempo. Focused on accuracy and attention to detail, this team have a vital partnership with our sales reps and other internal teams, to ensure the sales request moves along smoothly. This position also works closely with our small and medium customers to deliver outstanding support by providing proactive and reactive sales support.
