Customer Care Tech Specialist with Italian


Your responsibilities

  • Investigate and solve customer's technical issues - our main idea is to solve the issue and make sure the client understands the solution;
  • Interact with customers through email, chat and phone;
  • Educate customers on application features and good practices;
  • Cooperate with other departments in identifying bugs and customers' needs.

Our requirements

  • As we work with clients globally any of the languages on an “excellent” level is a must - English and Italian;
  • Typical customer support skills package: soft skills, strong communication, ability to work both independently and in the team;
  • Understanding that you need to communicate a lot with a client (via any channel);
  • We like technology, so willingness to learn and use technology is an asset: i.e SQL, internal admin tools, Count, G-Suite etc.;
  • Negotiation skills or willingness to obtain them;
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a big advantage;
  • E-commerce experience is an advantage (fields related to eBay, Amazon).
