We are seeking a dedicated Technical Analyst to join our dynamic e-commerce team, specializing in Magento 2/Adobe Commerce. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our technical processes, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Requirements:

- Web Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience within or around the IT industry, preferably in web development, testing, system analysis, or related fields.
- Critical thinking: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
- Working under pressure: the ability to handle multiple requests and manage them efficiently within the desired timeframe.
- Attitude: Positive and proactive approach, with a willingness to take on challenges and work collaboratively.
- SQL Basics: Understanding of SQL queries and database management.
- Technical Writing Skills: Ability to document technical processes, create guides, write technical briefs for the development team, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Very Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, as we’re working with English-speaking clients and business partners.

Additional Qualifications:

- E-commerce Experience: Prior experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Presta shop, or Magento 2/Adobe Commerce, is a plus.
- AI Experience: Experience with AI tools (chatGPT and similar) is desirable but not required.
- Willingness to work with foreign clients, which includes contacting them via. Chat or direct meetings (when necessary)

Responsibilities:

1. Task and Project Management:
- Refining and preparing tasks with teams.
- Managing JIRA tasks, go-live processes, and roadmaps.
- Discovering resources required for client-requested functionality.
2. Technical Development & Support:
- Configuring products, restrictions, payment gateways, and other Magento modules.
- Writing SQL reports
- Investigating logs and issues, hot fixing urgent problems.
3. Client & Internal Team Support:
- Hosting client training sessions, and supporting all teams in regular work.
- They are writing documentation, and helping clients manage data.
- Assessing client issues for changeability or service desk treatment.
4. Platform & Scope Management:
- Creating new Magento scopes, building CMS pages
5. Issue Analysis & Classification:
- Determining chargeable change requests or service desk treatments for client issues.
6. Process & Tool Improvements:
- Discovering and introducing new tools to improve performance and quality.
7. Communication:
- Contacting support for various integrations.
