We are looking for motivated Logistic Specialists who enjoy problem solving and have an eye for detail

What your duties will include:

You will find and build relations with carriers, customers, custom agencies,

You will deal with all the formalities with customs agencies
-
You will coordinate transport to UK, USA, Canada etc.

You will prepare export and customs documents
-
You will find and organise external warehouses, including establishing the conditions of cooperation and monitoring the quality of service
-
You will manage and supervise transport documentation
-
You will specify the dimensions of the pallets of packaging and order their dispatch
-
You will be in contact with the Suppliers to secure the quantities and size of the pallets.

You will be responsible for pricing and optimising transport costs
-
You will be working on transport exchange platforms, e.g. the Trans.eu etc.

You’ve got a category B driving licence

You know how to find and organise the best transport solution at the best possible price

You have knowledge of export, import (EU and non-EU countries) and customs procedures, as well as the Incoterms international trade rules

You know how to handle freight exchanges

You are comfortable with modern software tools - G-suite, CRM, Google Drive (Excel), Business suite Manager

You are able to fill in the CMR correctly and manage transport documentation

You’ve got experience in working at a Logistic Company, min. 1 year
-
You have got experience with the export of goods to the UK, USA, Canada.
