Zakres obowiązków

design and deliver training programs to onboard new customer service agents and provide ongoing development for existing team members
able to work with counter parts in other comapny locations for uniform approach in training
provide coaching and support to agents to enhance their product knowledge, communication skills, and customer handling techniques
evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement
collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps and improve overall team performance
maintain up-to-date training materials and resources to support the learning needs of the team
stay up to date with all company policies, procedures, and products

Wymagania

fluency in English (additional languages such as French or Spanish will be an asset)
minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar role
excellent communication skills
proven experience in delivering training programs within a customer service or contact centre environment
strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods
self-starter and resilient individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
good computer skills
