Customer Care - Sales Support Manager


Your responsibilities

  • Leads and motivates order processing team leads and members in the business center.
  • Ensures achievement of performance and quality standards defined for the team.
  • Conducts regular performance reviews and analyses by monitoring and interpreting KPIs.
  • Manages budgeting and forecasting for order processes.
  • Manages resolution of disputes on operational level.
  • Identifies and implements measures to drive continuous operational and data quality improvement.
  • Collects, summarizes and distills process optimization and innovation ideas to discuss and share.
  • Plans staff responsibilities, in collaboration with team leads.
  • Supports and develops the team through regular communication, planning, coaching and performance reviews.
  • Supports the transition of local order processing processes into the business center.

Our requirements

  • Master's degree in business-related studies.
  • Typically, 5-8 years of experience in sales support, customer care, or the management of sales back-office activities, including managerial roles.
  • Experience in supervising staff for order processing, or other core sales support processes, within a complex, large volume, and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in working in a business center.
  • Understanding of order management / sales support processes.
  • Fluent business English (oral and written skills).
  • Good understanding of SAP.
