Hardware Electrical Engineer


Your responsibilities

  • Planning and implementation of tests according to German and Polish legal requirements for: portable electrical equipment; stationary electrical equipment; electrical installation testing.
  • Preparation of risk assessments for work equipment according to the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health and Polish Law, including the determination of inspection intervals, inspection type, and inspection scope.
  • Preparation of risk assessments for electrical systems according to ArbStättV, DGUV Regulation 3, VDE 0105-100.
  • Maintenance and filing of documentation relevant to the field of electrical engineering [Eplan].
  • Testing EX devices / Explosion protection authorized person.
  • Modernisations.
  • Inspection of the electrical documentation when the system is handed over by suppliers or internal departments.
  • Support for construction & engineering during system acceptance/specifications /modernization.

Our requirements

  • Higher technical education in the field of electrical engineering or automation.
  • Possession of electrical qualifications up to 1kV or above also in the field of measurements.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, and ability to create electrical diagrams using dedicated software.
  • Experience in a similar position in a production company (at least 5 years).
  • Practical knowledge of issues in the fields of electromechanics, electricity, and mechatronics.
  • Willingness to travel to our headquarters (Kleinheubach) 50 % of working time.
  • Knowledge of the English language min. B1.
  • Ability to plan and organize working time well effectiveness and regularity in action.
  • Computer skills.
