Zakres obowiązków

  • Utilize CPI program management tools for effective program execution.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, cost, performance, and timing targets in line with financial objectives.
  • Lead all communication with the customer, actively participating in meetings and visits.
  • Organize and facilitate customer visits to client facilities in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Establish and manage Functional Program Development Teams (PdT), overseeing reviews and prioritizing issues.
  • Coordinate closely with design center project teams as part of program management activities, reporting progress, and identifying barriers for escalation.
  • Structure and maintain program timelines, aligning them with customer schedules and ensuring coherence across functional areas.
  • Ensure close-loop communication among teams across different locations including Katowice, Shanghai, Singapore, and Chengdu.
  • Identify and escalate program risks to functional leaders, developing recovery plans for effective mitigation.
  • Trigger corrective actions when program metrics deviate from initial commitments.
  • Manage and coordinate program Design Reviews and Enterprise Reviews, distributing tasks to various functional areas.
  • Ensure customer voice management and alignment with internal functions before responding to customers.
  • Lead program communication through preparation and attendance at Customer Project Reviews.
  • Develop and execute Profit Recovery (CIP) Plans to ensure the program achieves business case commitments.
  • Familiarity with BMW Development Process and APQP Package Management, ensuring compliance with IATF/ISO/TISAX standards.
  • Ensure issues are reported to management and addressed effectively to bridge any gaps with BMW working package requirements.

Wymagania

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or business administration, providing a solid foundation for program management.
  • Brings a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the development and industrial launch of programs, serving in roles as a program team member or program manager.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing programs at a global level, showcasing adaptability to diverse environments.
  • Expirience in colaboration with BMW group with full scope of project management and contact with client.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within multi-functional, multi-site team environments, and adept at facilitating and leading teamwork.
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proficiency level of at least C1.
  • Familiarity with product costing and Business Case (BCase), indicating a comprehensive understanding of financial aspects in program management.
  • Displays resilience and the ability to thrive under internal and external pressure, ensuring the successful fulfillment of assignments even in high-stress situations.
  • Demonstrates the ability to seek and analyze customer feedback to comprehend and effectively communicate customer needs.
  • Proficient in defending enterprise business interests in front of customers without compromising relationships.
