Zakres obowiązków

  • Creation of technical application, detailed and data processing concepts for the areas of Marketing, CRM and CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) as well as in-house developments taking existing software solutions into account
  • Create, adjust and optimize front-end for CRM & Customer Care solutions for customer and business users with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JS frameworks (espc. React.js)
  • Create solutions around and interface our platforms, mainly SAP Customer Data Cloud, SAP Customer Data Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Support of the requirements engineering process
  • Support in the design and creation of unit tests/automated tests
  • Technical documentation
  • Active participation in sprint events (refinement, planning, review,daily,retrospective)
  • Development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines (Azure)

Wymagania

  • 3+ years of back-end development experience, preferably in software solution in the area of CRM
  • Knowledge of SAP Customer Data Cloud
  • Experienced in object-oriented programming
  • Proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
  • Very good understanding of web service architectures (SOAP, REST, microservices)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure
  • Proficiency in deployment strategies and familiarity with Azure DevOps
  • Strong understanding of the MACH architecture
  • Ability and enthusiasm to work in an agile development environment
  • Frontend skills (headless/React) are mandatory, while Next.js is a plus
