Back Office in the sales department, with fluent Czech language

Workplace: Żywiec

Your responsibilities

  • Administrative support: preparation and processing of tender documents, project support, data analysis,
  • Offers and quotations preparation,
  • Orders and shipments processing and management,
  • Supporting the sales team in organising visits, tests, marketing activities,
  • Monitoring and coordinating product availability,
  • Office customer support.

Our requirements

  • Experience in office management,
  • Excellent organizational skills,
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software,
  • Knowledge of public procurement law and tender procedures,
  • Experience in working with public tenders,
  • Ability to work as part of a team,
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills,
  • Languages: Czech, English.
