Your responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels promptly and professionally in English language in a multicultural environment.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, or complaints effectively.
• Managing orders from creation to invoicing accurately and in a timely manner, export documentation, including logistic arrangements.
• Create, coordinate, and maintain transportation documentation for customers, freight. forwarders, customs authorities, and customs brokers with attention to detail on record accuracy.
• Solve shipping issues with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Track and monitor order status, providing updates to customers as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Preparing documents and reports.
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Send out Samples to customers/ customer Mailings.

Our requirements

• In depth working knowledge and 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Logistics
• Excellent customer service skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to build relationships with clients, interconnected departments, and logistic providers
• Ability to work as part of a team in multicultural environment
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in timely manner
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP.
