Your responsibilities

• Draft and design layout of processes, tools to illustrate maximum efficiency in accordance to Industry engineering methods; participate in continuous improvement of processes
• Collect and support creation of process and business documentation
• Contributes to the identification of project and business process improvement opportunities that foster innovation, increase capacity of process by automation and meet strategic objectives through proactive process review
• Performs data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trending to identify unnecessary complexity in project and business processes and better ways of working
• Build plans for projects together with assigned timeframes, teams and responsibilities of stakeholders and engage in project execution: Initially estimate savings and profit from investments resulting from potential improvements, Planning and building improvement solutions/process automatization with the use of appropriate tools in the area of ​​improvement methodologies, Coordinate work within projects
• Deliver methods and standards into projects and provide SixSigma Training
• Communicate with management and CRM users to develop production and design standards of processes and tools; maintaining very good, professional cooperation and business relations with internal clients, employees and management
• Build a knowledge center and expertise of the supported area for consulting purposes and sharing experience on the global forum

Our requirements

• Process mapping in BPMN notation
• Six-Sigma certification ( Six-Sigma Yellow Belt as a minimum)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the process improvements/process automation
• Master’s degree, fluent English and fluent Polish
• Knowledge of problem-solving methods (Lean, PDCA ,DMAIC etc.) and decision-making techniques
• Excellent project management and process transformation skills
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint; Word, Asana,Jira)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – consulting, negotiation skills, flexibility and change adaptive attitude
• Ability to lead project teams in deadline driven environment – strong leadership
• Willingness to travel on business (less than 10% of working time)
• Executive-level presentation skills, with demonstrated confidence to challenge executives
• Six-Sigma Green Belt certification,
• Project managment certificate (PMP, Prince 2, IPMA etc.)
