      Your responsibilities

      • New opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Accountant position: you will be a part of a team responsible for providing high quality accounting service in AR for internal clients from around the globe. Apart from performing daily operational tasks, you will also have an opportunity to take part in the process transition, including creating procedures, recognizing areas for enhancement and introducing improvements, as well as stabilizing the migrated process.
      • Book all transactions in the system in order to ensure the current status of the settlements
      • Ensure that all payments are processed accurately, efficiently and effectively in compliance with all internal

      • Unallocated cash analysis and investigations
      • Bad Debt process
      • Resolution of mismatches and handle inquiries

      Accounts Receivable Specialist – Cash Application & Reporting (m/f/d)

      New opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Accountant position: you will be a part of a team responsible for providing high quality accounting service in AR for internal clients from around the globe. Apart from performing daily operational tasks, you wil

      • Book all transactions in the system in order to ensure the current status of the settlements
      • Ensure that all payments are processed accurately, efficiently and effectively in compliance with all internal
      • controls and policies
      • Invoice customers and perform billing
      • Unallocated cash analysis and investigations
      • Bad Debt process
      • Resolution of mismatches and handle inquiries
      • Proactive resolution of day-to-day issues and escalate service incidents to AR Seniors when appropriate
      • Ensure the compliance to internal controls where required
      • Assist in implementation of activities to streamline and standardize operations, including operational metrics

      Wymagania

      • Have minimum 1 year of Accounts Receivable work experience required
      • Graduate from BSc. degree or equivalent in Accounting
      • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English *other foreign languages would be an asset
      • Have former experience with US GAAP revenue issue will be an advantage
      • Demonstrate ability to work on and own initiatives
      • Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, then make clear and timely decisions
      • Be self-reliance and be able to escalate appropriately
      • Have organizational skills, be open-minded and receptive to change
