Your responsibilities

• Report to the General Manager.
• Responsible for translating Chinese and Polish documents and materials both internally and externally for the company.
• Translation tasks include:
• Internal documents, emails, meeting minutes, etc. (including interpreting and translating)
• External documents and materials for the company's communication
• Providing translation services for Taiwanese executives and employees stationed at the Polish subsidiary, as well as group executives and employees on business trips to Poland
• Providing translation services for external personnel such as clients, suppliers, government agencies, legal and consultants.

Our requirements

• • Fluent in Chinese
• • Fluent in Polish
• • Communicative English
• • Possesses good translation skills and is able to accurately and fluently translate Chinese into Polish and Polish into Chinese
• • Familiar with office software and able to use computers to assist in translation work (AI assistance available)
• •Possesses good communication and teamwork skills
• •Have a deep understanding of Polish culture
