Hydraulic Component Production Worker


Job Description:

  • Operating various machinery, including hydraulic bending machines, car washes, industrial furnaces, drilling machines, and CNC milling machines.
  • Making simple mathematical calculations.
  • Completing technical documentation and entering data into the computer.
  • Ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
  • Preparing bar machines for operation.
  • Transporting and loading materials.
  • Supervising turning processes.

Position Requirements: We're looking for candidates who have:

  • ✔️ Communicative level of English.
  • ✔️ Ability to read technical drawings (preferred but not required).
  • ✔️ Ability to make simple calculations (14.50−3.25=?)
  • ✔️ Manual skills.
  • ✔️ Ability to work standing for extended periods.
  • ✔️ Good physical condition.
  • ✔️ Ability to lift weights safely.

We Offer:

  • ✅ Full-time Employment contract.
  • ✅ Competitive salary starting from PLN 4500 gross/month, depending on skills and performance.
  • ✅ Possibility to earn 4000-6000 net (depends on the working hours performed)
  • ✅ Bonus for night shifts, days off, and holidays.
  • Discretionary bonus:
  • ✅ Meal subsidy of PLN 5/day.
  • ✅ Housing subsidy of PLN 400 per month.
  • ✅ Refund of the cost of a seasonal ticket for public transport.

  • Three shifts available: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
  • Possibility of overtime and additional shifts (depends on company needs).
  • We welcome applicants of all nationalities. Communicative English is required, and we facilitate work permits for foreign candidates.
