Job Description:

As a Financial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business department to formulate strategic business plans, maintaining essential relationships with government agencies, banks, auditing departments, and tax authorities, and ensuring effective control of business risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the business department to understand their goals, priorities, and challenges.

Ensure that financial projections, budget allocations, and resource planning align with the company's long-term strategic vision.

Provide financial insights and analysis to inform decision-making processes, ensuring the financial feasibility and sustainability of proposed business initiatives.

Identify cost-saving opportunities, revenue enhancement strategies, and efficiency improvements to enhance financial performance.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management, providing clear and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, banks, auditing departments, and tax authorities:

Proactively engage with government agencies to stay informed about regulatory changes, incentives, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with auditing and tax authorities to facilitate audits, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with reporting obligations.

Respond promptly to inquiries from stakeholders, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information to support decision-making.

Coordinate financial reporting activities, ensuring timely submission of reports and adherence to regulatory standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Implement effective controls and procedures to safeguard company assets, optimize cash flow management, and minimize exposure to financial liabilities.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management roles, with a proven track record of supporting business planning processes and managing financial risks.

Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, with the ability to interpret complex financial data to support decision-making.

Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards, with a keen awareness of compliance requirements.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions to mitigate risks and achieve business objectives.
