Junior Plant Controller

On behalf of a global corporation headquartered in the USA, a leader in the manufacturing of specialized construction materials, we are looking for experienced candidates to join its team in a production plant in Trzemeszno near Gniezno as:

Junior Plant Controller

PSM/PSM/2024/5

Key tasks:

• close cooperation with the Plant Controller and operational managers
• analyzing, controlling and planning production costs
• participation in monthly closing, forecasting and budget preparation
• on-going financial reviews and variance analyses
• supporting the production functions with analytical insights on a daily basis
• assisting the management team in operational and strategic decisions

Major requirements:

• experience in financial controlling in a manufacturing industry
• expertise in MS Excel and SAP (or a similar tool)
• strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• good communication and interpersonal skills
• practical command of business English
