Your responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality management procedures and documentation
• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process and participate in quality management improvement projects
• Conduct precise laboratory tests to evaluate product quality, document test results and maintain accurate records
• Monitor and address complaints in the SAP system, analyse data, and communicate with clients for resolution
• Provide training on quality control procedures to production personnel
• Develop and oversee product labels for integration into the SAP system
• Ensure accurate data entry into the system as “Key User”
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality management procedures and documentation
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement corrective actions
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Proficiency in using manufacturing-related software and systems
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
