  • Provide personal coaching to Scrum Team members to help them grow
  • Help us to create a continuous improvement mindset
  • Teach teams how to remove impediments, help them with those that are outside of the area of their influence
  • Play with Jira to make it a tool that will support teams and gives data that help us to learn and improve
