    Currently we are conducting the recruitment process for a global company from Ireland that provides consulting, modern technology and outsourcing services. They cooperate with the largest and most recognizable companies, supporting them in the process of business transformation. They work in over 200 cities, in over 40 industries.Completing operational audits of processes related to the sale of financial services in accordance with the audit program, including ensuring the timely and accurate presentation of research results; ✓ Responding to Client's queries; ✓ Communicating with the business counterpart to address testing results and support with resolution actions; ✓ Attending weekly calls with the Client to discuss the testing results, process changes and potential risks to the process; ✓ Helping in Identifying opportunities for process improvements.Knowledge of OTC / Collections / Sales related processes or Salesforce admin experience/user experience would be an asset ✓ Fluent English; ✓ Strong analytical skills and ability to work within a problem-solving environment; ✓ Very good communication and presentation skills; ✓ Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management skills;Opportunity to gain experience in working with clients and technological solutions ensuring professional solutions for business;
