For our client - a dynamically developing company specializing in the high technology industry, we are seeking a candidate for the position of:
Korean Translator
Location: Home office
- Follow all information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures
- Monitor translation mailbox emails and handle according to procedures
- Adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies
- Provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze, isolate, research, and effortlessly explain step by step troubleshooting solutions related to company’s products
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills
- Follow through to ensure each translation is processed and closed appropriately
- Support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior
- Caring for the company’s image
- Translates documents using generalized target language to ensure understanding
- Handle the translation process of each requested document
- Mentors and teaches peers in order to improve the overall translation skills of the department
- Interprets communication between the staff or faculty and the non-English speaking population
- Translates written educational materials ensuring that the document is translated faithfully into the source language
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English and Preferred Language
- Computer literate
- Legally authorized to work in Poland
- 2 years of translating experience
- Preferred experience using a ticketing system to handle requests
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; appropriately communicates with all levels of customers
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to use JIRA, Google Tools, Microsoft 365
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a team
- Shift work
- High School Diploma
- Stable employment based on employment contract in dynamically developing company
- Employment in home office and shift work system
- Devices necessary for work
- Introductory training
