Transformation Manager

Daily responsibilities:

• Mapping of operational processes and critical customer journeys
• Preparing implementation plan, reviewing and presenting the progress to the client
• Contributing to transformation strategies and plans, ensuring that change and continuous improvement is embedded in day to day leadership, processes and systems
• Managing a complex transformation of F&A processes
• Managing key stakeholders and communicate all changes across the organization
• Re-designing business processes and implementing best practices to increase the efficiency and meet client requirements

Requirements:

• Fluent English (oral and written)
• Strong leadership skills and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience as a project manager
• 4 years of experience in transformation management in F&A area
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience in managing PTP/RTR/OTC processes
• Analytical thinking, problem solving skills and business acumen
• Knowledge of digital strategy engagements for F&A area
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt - nice to have
