As part of the global, international HR Controlling team you will be responsible for a range of aspects of HR analytics and reporting. Your tasks will be related to the development and delivery of HR Reporting & Analytics service by means of designing relevant policies, processes and tools, to allow strategic and operational insights for workforce planning, learning and development, talent management and HR performance to meet workforce objectives as set by the corporate strategies.
o Preparation and delivery of standard and ad hoc HR reports, as defined by relevant schedules and as requested by key stakeholders
o Performing a periodic review of workforce structures focused on organisational efficiency analyses, KPIs related to management structures, providing a relevant advice to the HR and business management
o HR data quality management within the relevant HR systems
o Maintenance an efficient and constructive collaboration with the stakeholders in business and within the service functions, acting as a source of reliable, comprehensive and up to date information and advice on HR data
