Zakres obowiązków

  • Oversee preparation and review of international tax filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate tax audits for international entities.
  • Support quarterly and annual US GAAP tax reporting for international operations.
  • Supervise preparation of international tax provisions under IFRS, UK GAAP, or local GAAP as applicable.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax reports and filings.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to Finance, Legal, and Treasury teams across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide strategic tax guidance on cross-border transactions, M&A, and group reorganizations.
  • Monitor international tax legislation and assess its potential impact on business operations.
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors, auditors, and consultants.
  • Represent the company in tax forums and industry events to stay abreast of current developments.
  • Support global transfer pricing policy design, implementation, and documentation in line with OECD standards.
  • Coordinate with Finance and US Tax Teams on TP frameworks and compliance processes.
  • Assist in developing and embedding a robust tax risk and control framework across international entities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential tax risks, ensuring alignment with group strategy and governance standards.

Wymagania

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; recognized international tax or accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CTA, CPA).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of international tax experience gained in industry or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of international tax compliance, reporting, and structuring.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and/or US GAAP.
  • Experience in M&A or restructuring projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse regions and time zones.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and operate within a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.
