Zakres obowiązków

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve MICE sales targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the MICE sector.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote the organisation's services.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Wymagania

A successful Sales Manager MICE should have:

Proven experience in sales within the MICE sector or Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
Strong understanding of the MICE market and client requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations.
Strong organisational and analytical skills to monitor performance and adapt strategies.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
