Zakres obowiązków

  • Coordinating cooperation with an external IT company, overseeing SLAs, enforcing contracts, and monitoring service quality.
  • Planning and implementing the IT development strategy in line with the company's direction.
  • Reviewing and assessing vendor activities - ensuring that implemented solutions meet business needs and security standards.
  • Defining the company's technological needs, creating IT roadmaps, and setting investment priorities.
  • Participating in IT budget planning and controlling expenses (licenses, hardware, services).
  • Creating and maintaining basic IT documentation, procedures, and security policies.
  • Reporting to management - presenting project status, risks, and development recommendations.
  • Educating and supporting internal users regarding IT policies and security.

Wymagania

  • Experience in IT management or cooperation with IT service providers.
  • Ability to translate business needs into concrete technological actions.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and data security (at a supervisory level).
  • Experience working with external partners (IT outsourcing, integrators).
  • Ability to assess technical proposals and make recommendations.
  • Skills in IT budget planning and contract supervision.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, cybersecurity, or IT audits.
  • English language proficiency
