Zakres obowiązków

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and technological developments within intralogistics and warehouse automation.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients while developing sales channels across Europe.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the areas of warehouse automation, material handling systems, AS/RS, shuttle and conveyor solutions, WMS/WCS software, and 3PL/logistics services.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full sales process from first contact to contract signature.
  • Support the Regional Manager for Europe in facilitating communication between the company's headquarters in China and European clients.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, material handling systems, or logistics IT solutions (WMS/WCS).
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle and achieve measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of the European intralogistics market and experience working in an international business environment.
  • Ability to independently develop new business channels and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent command of English (additional European languages are an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
