This is absolutely high level position dedicated to one of our Clients. We accept candidates with broad procurement experience, independent in their work, interested in both people management and business development. The work requires ownership taking for migrated positions, engaging business partners and leading newly created team of 30+ people. There is a need to present both operational excellence and soft skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading Procurement Operations team and drive their career counselling
  • Directing Team Leaders on the daily basis, sharing feedback and develop
  • Implementing deliverable objectives, building trust and motivating to achieve agreed targets
  • Solving internal Client complaints related to reporting service
  • Creating performance indicators, monitoring trends basing on Lean methodology
  • Building relationship with internal stakeholders, cooperate on timely and accurate change implementation, operational efficiency
  • Work on business presentations to communicate opportunities or changes within procurement transactional processes

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in indirect procurement categories
  • Proven managerial experience
  • Fluent level of English language skills & phone/email etiquette (C1 level)
  • Experience in SSC/BPO would be an asset
  • Ability to drive the change within all company seniority levels, experience in continuous improvement process
  • Flexibility to work with US time zone, ability to organize flex office 3 days per week
  • Open to travel to US if needed, especially during the transition phase
