Our Partner is a PV developer focused on delivering high-quality solutions in the solar energy industry. The company covers the entire solar PV value chain from development, construction to operation and maintenance, optimizing costs and generating value in each stage of the asset life cycle. This role is based in Poland, we are open to a city localization. Core of the role is focused on the origination and - in the future - management of a growing PV project pipeline in the early, mid and final stages. The individual cooperates with the commercial, legal and technical teams spread across Poland. The role requires assessing the feasibility and potential of PV projects and bringing them to the final investment decision.

We are looking for an extraordinary expert in renewable energy sector who will leverage the companies in-depth industry knowledge and contacts to strategic targets, with the experience of working at one of the polish DSOs and develop deep, long-standing relationships with key people at polish DSOs and TSO to help the Company to meet PV project development goals team on the position:


Business Development Manager (PV) (Remote)

Zakres obowiązków

  • Leading and manages the evaluation and development of utility-scale solar park opportunities,
  • Identifying and analyzing prospective projects regarding solar resource, grid connection access, and site characteristics,
  • Constant analysis of current PV project pipeline developed by the Company and identifying possibilities which enables to be more efficient in achieving necessary documentation from one of the Operators,
  • In collaboration with one of the grid operators, timely deliverable of project development milestones,
  • Analysis of grid modernisation plans in order to filter best project development opportunities,
  • Executing project management and technical consulting work, support resourcing efforts, and coordinate execution to deliver projects with high quality and within allocated time and budget,
  • Partnering with the engineering and construction teams to assist in project scoping, budgeting and management,
  • Meeting with landowners, and community stakeholders to establish a positive, long-term relationship with local stakeholder,
  • Continuing to build the project pipeline and manage multiple projects.

Wymagania

  • Deep experience and understanding of PV Market, and project development, both greenfield and acquisitions,
  • Experience working at one of the polish DSOs or TSO and possessing a wealthy network of contacts,
  • In depth understanding of Polish DSOs or TSO internal procedures and operating principles,
  • Solid experience in DSO Grid Connection is a must,
  • Proven ability to form and lead multi-discipline team of project development professionals,
  • Being skilled at analyzing opportunities and arriving at clear decisions, utilizing detailed analysis,
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience,
  • Have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Solar Project Management,
  • Being a Team Player and mostly Team Leader,
  • Ability to easily develop new relationships or effectively maintain existing ones,
  • Driving Licence and willingness to drive frequently within the respective region,
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
  • Preferable good command of English (not a must) and fluent Polish (a must).
