Job description:

• Delivering technical second-level support, processing incidents and service requests, planning deployments, and coordinating various provider tasks in compliance with SLAs
• Working on incidents, service requests, and problems compliant with SLAs
• Ensuring the productive operation of all bank-relevant applications and guarantee a high level of availability
• Communicate with 3rd party IT Providers
• Be part of a 5-8 people professional team, as part of a bigger ITIL compliant support team
• Create evaluations and reports from productive systems
• Ensure continuous improvement of service quality through close coordination with development teams, third-party vendors, and IT service providers

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or business informatics
• Experience in application deployment in the production environment
• Analytical and logical thinking skills
• Experience in the administration of x86 Linux
• Experience with application servers
• Experience with SQL databases
• Working knowledge of English (B2)
