DataFeedWatch is a young company in a very rapidly growing space. eCommerce players depend on our software to list their products on channels like Google Shopping or Facebook Ads.

We are an international company with headquarters in Silicon Valley in the U.S. and offices in Krakow and Amsterdam. With double-digit growth, we would like to expand the Business Development team in our Krakow office

Our customers are just as international, we provide feeds on all continents for brands like adidas, UnderArmour, Kenzo, TheBodyShop and many more.

Your responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative is the first contact point for the prospects interested in our software.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Present and sell our services to interested potential customers from all over the world
  • Qualify sales leads and handle lead development pipeline
  • Reach out to prospects who interacted with our website
  • Gain market and product knowledge in order to handle our prospect’s advanced questions
  • Communicate with prospects and clients via LinkedIn
  • Customer care and problem-solving during the Free Trial
  • Collaborating with other teams: Marketing and Support

You will be communicating with prospects via email, chat & zoom.

Our requirements

You are a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills who actively seeks out and engages customer prospects.

The role is full time, preferably you would be in Cracow but we’re open to remote work.

Mr. or Mrs. Right would meet the following expectations:

  • KNOWLEDGE OF ONLINE MARKETING. Basic knowledge of online marketing is a requirement – we will teach you the rest. Our prospects are seasoned online marketers and you need to understand their business and their problems.

  • ENGLISH. You need to speak English fluently in order to communicate with prospects from all over the world and other people in the company.

  • FLEXIBILITY. We operate all over the world. This means you may occasionally need to help us cover different time zones.

  • ATTITUDE. Can do attitude! You may not know everything but you have to be willing to learn.

  • ANALYTICAL THINKING. Our service is strongly based on logical conditions, so you will require some analytical thinking skills to gain expert knowledge in it.

  • INTERPERSONAL SKILLS. You quickly connect and establish a relationship with potential customers.

Nice to have:

  • Sales experience.
  • Any experience with Google or Facebook campaigns or marketplaces like Amazon or eBay.
  • Another language other than English would be a nice addition.

We offer

The salary for this position is between 5k and 8k per month on a B2B/Employee contract.
