Becoming a Recruiter at Capita

As a Campaign Recruitment Team, we support Capita’s new clients with their recruitment needs. We are working on candidate pools with languages, speak with people from different cultural backgrounds and guide them through our volume recruitment process end to end.

Zakres obowiązków

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of full volume recruitment cycle including networking, sourcing, screening, and offering candidates
  • Sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline
  • Conducting phone interviews to find the best potential employees
  • Managing candidates through our ATS (eRecruiter) and HCM (Workday)
  • Managing all logistics aspects for interviews and assessment centres
  • Supporting with language test management
  • Informing candidates about their status in a professional manner throughout various steps of the recruitment process
  • Supporting the implementation of Employer Branding strategies
  • Attending job fairs and networking events as required
  • Participating in various recruitment and HR initiatives related to business needs

Wymagania

Skills you need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in recruitment
  • Very good level of spoken English – C1 level
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain flexible, keep a positive attitude and open mind
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good organisation skills and flexibility

    Your personal data will be stored from the day of sending your CV:

    • for a period of 6 months if you give your consent to the processing of your personal data in the current recruitment process for which you applied,
    • for a period of 12 months if you give your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of future recruitment processes.

     

    You have the right to access the content of your data as well as the right to rectify the data, delete them, restrict their processing, the right to transfer the data, to object to their processing, and to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the data processing;

     

    You have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority GIODO/the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of the personal information concerning yourself breaches the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the 27th of April 2016;
