Operations Analyst

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring the individual trader and firm’s overall risk exposure
• Managing trader cryptocurrency funding as well as assisting with the firm’s treasury operations
• Communicating with various stakeholders such as traders, brokers and software vendors to help resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Assisting with Disaster Recovery and executing trades when required
• Improving, maintaining and developing risk management tools and applications
• Assisting in the design and implementation of reporting tools
• Analyzing large datasets to resolve any position or statement queries
• Basic operational functions such as trader and application support
• Administrative support of the office

About you

• A University degree 
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with ability work alone and in a team environment
• Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting applications 
• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience in trading industry would be an asset
• English and Polish min. B2/C1 level 

Technical Skills

• General programming skills including JavaScript / Python, PHP, SQL Server and Excel/VBA are advantageous but not essential

We trade across multiple time zones and the successful candidate must be willing to work during the European trading hours (6am to 2pm Polish time) and US trading hours (2pm to 10pm Polish time)
